After spotting the limited edition polishes from Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure collection, I actually started looking at their core line. This one just popped out from the display.
Pedal to the Metal is a pretty purple/silver frost. I have to say that I was more impressed with it in the bottle though. Once I put it on it just didn't look right on me. It's a frost, and has a tendency to show brush strokes, so you're going to want to be careful about that.
There is a slight shimmer that I only noticed in the bottle. My camera picked it up in the sunlight, but I didn't really see it. The brush for the Complete Salon Manicure collection is VERY full and holds a lot of polish. You have to be very careful when applying that you don't get it all over the place. I did notice that it was more stiff in Hidden Treasure and therefore easier to use. I'm not sure of all of the limited edition polishes are like that because I haven't used them yet.
What do you think? Do any of you have this as well?
Thanks for stopping by...have a great Wednesday!

This looks great on you! I probably wouldn't get it, though, because I don't like frosts much and I try not to get them unless I really love the color.
Thanks! So many people told me that they liked it...maybe I judged too soon when I said I didn't like it on me as much as in the bottle. lol
I was so excited when I bought this, and then so disappointed when I put it on....somehow I thought it would be more foil-y :(
Yeah, that's how I felt too...I thought it would have more oomph.
pretty color & pretty Nails. I have a color similar(idk the name) but it's super shimmery. It's Sinful Nails. :D
Thank you! My nails all grow differently, so it's really hard keeping them uniform looking. It is a pretty color...I think I just wanted something more out of it..lol
This is my favorite neutral polish. The lighter shades just don't look good on me, and I like the hint of glimmer.
